Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Beat the batter to get soft vada. This process will incorporate air in the batter and the vada will rise while frying.
- While frying, make sure the oil is medium hot unless the vada will not cook properly from inside.
- Fry the vada on a low-medium flame to get perfect texture and crispiness.
