Ingredients

  • Readymade Dosa batter - 2 Cup
  • Capsicum - 1/2 Cup cut in juliennes
  • Rice noodles or any type of noodles - 1 Cup boiled with some salt
  • Schezwan sauce - as required
  • Garlic - 1 Tablespoon
  • Oil - 2 Tablespoon
  • Carrots - 1/2 Cup cut in juliennes
  • Cabbage - 1/2 cup cut in juliennes
  • Butter - as required
  • Soy sauce - 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
  • Spring onion - 1/4 Cup
  • Water and oil mix - 1 Tablespoon oil and 2 Tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add oil and heat it.
  2. Add garlic and saute for a minute. Then add chopped spring onion and saute.
  3. Add cabbage, capsicum and saute. Add carrot and saute.
  4. Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar, 1 teaspoon of schezwan sauce. Mix well. Cook for a minute.
  5. Finally, add boiled rice noodles. Mix well. Cook for a minute then turn off the gas.
  6. Take a non-stick pan and heat it.
  7. Take a dosa batter and check the consistency. It should be of flowing consistency.
  8. Take oil and water mix, sprinkle it on tawa. Wipe it with a paper napkin.
  9. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it in a circular manner to make dosa.
  10. Pour some oil over it. Cook it on a low flame.
  11. Spread 1 teaspoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of schezwan sauce on the dosa.
  12. Place stuffing in the centre and 3 fold it. It is done, cut into two pieces. Transfer to a plate.
  13. Yummy 'Schezwan Spring Dosa' is ready to be served. Serve it with coconut chutney or any type of chutney of your choice.
