Ingredients

  • Left over rice - 1/2 cup
  • Fruits - grapes, pomegranate, papaya, strawberry (available fruits)
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Ciba Taaza Spices black salt - to taste
  • Ciba Taaza Spices Black pepper - to taste
  • Ciba Taaza Spices Chaat masala - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil for greasing moulds

Instructions

  1. Take an appe pan, place on gas and grease its moulds.
  2. Put one tablespoon rice in one mould and spread them in katori shape. Repeat for all the moulds.
  3. Cook for 4 minutes on low to medium flame.
  4. In the mean time when the katories are cooking, chop all fruits into small pieces and sprinkle pieces with lemon juice.
  5. Once the katories are ready, fill them with fruits, salt , pepper, chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Yummy delicious Rice Katori Fruit chaat is ready!.
