Tutti Frutti Vanilla Muffins

Ingredients

  • Vanilla Cake :
  • Vanilla essence : 1 teaspoon
  • All purpose flour : 1 1/2 cups
  • Sugar : 1 cup
  • Baking powder : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt : A pinch
  • Baking soda : 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk : 1 cup
  • Tutti Frutti : 2 tablespoon
  • Oil : 5 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve the dry ingredients, and mix well with the remaining ingredients ( except tutti frutti) in a bowl , add milk and beat it for 4-5 minutes. Now add tutti frutti.
  2. Now batter is ready . Grease the muffin molds with oil the fill the molds with 2 tablespoon batter.
  3. Place in the preheated (180 degrees) oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Cool it on a rack for 10 minutes and then transfer to a plate.
  5. Enjoy the simply irresistible tutti frutti vanilla muffins !
