Tricolour Veggie Eggs

Today I wanted to make a unique dish that is tasty and is also a treat to the eyes. I looked at my refrigerator and found potatoes, peas and ever tasty paneer. With these three in hand , I decided why not make vegetables eggs giving a tricolour finish. It came out very tasty and everyone in my family enjoyed it. Here is the recipe for you.
