Ingredients

  • Small Papaya - 1
  • Dessicated coconut - 2 tablespoons
  • Jaggery - 2 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Rasins - 2 tablespoons
  • Cranberry - 1 tablespoon
  • Peanuts for garnish - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat one cup water in a pan and add jaggery to make syrup.
  2. Grate papaya and roast it on a non-stick pan on low flame.
  3. Add dessicated coconut, cardamom powder, raisins, cranberry and mix it nicely.
  4. When papaya softens, add jaggery syrup. If you see the papaya thickening, it is cooked.
  5. Let it cool for 10 minutes. After that shape them into ladoos and garnish with peanuts.
  6. Papaya coconut ladoos are ready to be served.
