Bari papad aloo/ Mangodi papad aloo is my favourite Rajasthani curry that I love to enjoy with hot chapati and rice. I usually make it for dinner. Bari/ Mangodi is basically nuggets or lentil cakes that are dried in sun for a whole day. These are preserved in an air tight container and can be made anytime whenever required.
