Ingredients

Dosa Batter - 1 Cup
Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Tomato sauce- 1 Cup
For topping :
Red Chilli sauce - 1/2 Cup or less
Paneer/cottage cheese - 1 Cup grated/crumbled
Capsicum - 1 finely chopped
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Tomato - 1 finely Chopped
Beetroot - 1/2 grated
Cabbage - 2 Tablespoon grated
Green/Red chilli - 1 finely chopped
Salt - as per taste
Red chilli flakes/powder - 1 Teaspoon
Oregano - 1 Teaspoon (any other herbs also)
Black pepper - 4 to 5 corns crushed

Instructions

Finely chop onion, capsicum, green/red chilli and tomato. Grate cabbage and also beetroot. Add a little salt, oregano, red chilli flakes/powder to these veggies and mix. Can also add few herbs too. (basil, thyme etc).
Crumble or grate Paneer/cottage cheese. Add crushed black pepper to it.
Heat Dosa tawa/ non-stick pan. Pour some oil and pour the batter and spread in circular form. Keep it bit thicker. Cook on low flame.
When it is half cooked, spread red chilli sauce on top. Then spread the veggies over it. Spread grated paneer/cottage cheese on top of the veggie layer.
Cover and cook on a low flame such that the veggies and paneer get cooked on top and the base is crisp.
When it is done, fold and serve hot with tomato sauce and any chutney.
Yummy 'Paneer Schezwan Dosa Pizza' is ready to be served.
