Ingredients

  • Onion/ pyaz - 1
  • Milk/ doodh - 1/2 litre
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly chop the onion into small pieces.
  2. Then boil the milk and keep on low flame and stir it continuously.
  3. Meanwhile boil chopped onions for 10 minutes.
  4. When milk is getting reduced, add boiled onions.
  5. Then add sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, when milk is gathered, your Rabdi is ready. Garnish with dry fruits.
  7. Delicious sweet 'Onion Rabdi' is ready to be served!
