Sekora is a new and unique recipe in which I have mixed milk, sugar and sweets with some fruits. This can be a perfect sweet dish to be served after meals.

Ingredients

  • Milk/ doodh - 1 litre
  • Sugar/ cheeni - ½ bowl
  • Chopped mango pieces - 1 bowl
  • Fruits/ fal : apple/ seb, grapes/ angoor, pomegranate/ anaar etc. (whatever is available)
  • Fruit cherry- 1 tablespoon
  • Any left over sweets

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk till it becomes thick rabdi. Add sugar and chopped mango pieces and mix it.
  2. Take one Sekora and make layers in the below order - -Crushed leftover sweets -Mango rabdi -Chopped fruits -Crushed leftover sweets -Mango rabdi -Chopped fruits
  3. Garnish it with pomegranate and fruit cherry.
  4. Now keep the dish in freezer for 1-2 hours.
  5. Delicious and yummy 'Sekora With Leftover Sweets' is ready. Serve it chilled!
