Moong Dal Ladoo – Healthy Sweet
Ingredients
- Moong dal - 1 cup
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Sugar powder - 1/2 cup
- Chopped dry fruits - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Heat a pan and dry roast moong dal for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Once roasted dal cools down, grind it to fine powder.
- Heat a pan and add ghee, dry nuts, moong dal powder and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
- When the above mixture is warm, at that time add powdered sugar and mix well.
- Make medium size ladoos out of above mixture.
- Delicious and healthy "Moong Dal Ladoo" is ready to be served. Enjoy them in your snacks time.
