Sprouts are the healthiest and rich source of proteins and fibre. So here is a yummy delicious and healthy recipe made from the sprouts. You can use any sprouts to make this, but I have gone for 3 kinds of sprouts. Black Chana (chickpea), Green Moong (Green Gram) and Lobia (Black eyed peas).
