Ingredients

  • Left over rice/ chawal - 1 bowl
  • Coconut/ nariyal powder - 1/2 bowl
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 2 tablespoons or as per taste
  • Corn flour/ makai ka atta powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Cardmon/ elaichi powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coffee powder - 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
  • Ice cream sticks - 5-10

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in left over rice and mix well.
  2. Make medium size oval cutlets from the above mix.
  3. Insert ice cream stick in the centre of cutlets.
  4. Heat some oil in a non stick pan on medium flame.
  5. Cook the cutlets from both sides and take them out once they are done.
  6. Let the cutlets cool down completely.
  7. 'Leftover Rice And Coffee Lollipops' is ready to be served.
