Lasagna | Eggless Recipe is a delicious dish made layers of lots of veggies, white sauce, red sauce, lasagna sheets (Ribbon pasta) and cheese. It is a famous Italian dish made in the pan. Generally, it is baked in the oven but this is easy ‘Pan Recipe’ and is eggless dish too. So, try this yummy dish at home and let us know how you liked it.

Ingredients

  • FOR MIXED VEGETABLES:-
  • Onion - 1/2 Cup chopped into small cubes
  • Carrot - 1/2 Cup chopped into small cubes
  • Green Capsicum - 1/2 Cup chopped into small cubes
  • Boiled Sweet corn - 1/2 Cup
  • Potatoes - 2 chopped into small cubes
  • Butter - 2 Tablespoon
  • Chilli flakes - 1 Teaspoon
  • Grated garlic - 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 Teaspoon or as per taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • FOR WHITE SAUCE:-
  • Refined flour - 1 Tablespoon
  • Butter - 1 Tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder - 2 pinch
  • Milk - 2 Cup or more
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 Tablespoon
  • FOR RED SAUCE:-
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 Cup
  • Chopped garlic - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli flakes - 1 Teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • FOR LASANGA SHEETS:-
  • Refined flour - 1 Cup
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Water - as required
  • OHTER INGREDIENT:-
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese - 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. PREPARING THE LASAGNA SHEETS:- Take a bowl, add maida, salt and oil. Mix and add water to make a semi-tight dough. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  2. Now, take a small portion of the dough and dust it with a flour. Roll it very thin using a rolling pin.
  3. Keep the rolled sheets on a wire rack separately for 15 minutes to dry.
  4. PREPARING WHITE SAUCE:- Heat a pan. Add butter and melt it.
  5. Add maida to it and roast for a minute.
  6. Now, add milk to it and give a nice stir to make a lump-free mixture.
  7. Bring it to boil. Add salt and black pepper powder to it. When it boils then add grated cheese to it and mix well. The consistency should be semi-liquid sauce-like consistency. Adjust the consistency by adding milk to it. Keep aside.
  8. PREPARING RED SAUCE:- Take a bowl, add tomato ketchup, chopped garlic, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder and oregano. Mix well. Keep aside.
  9. PREPARING VEGETABLES:- Take a pan or kadai, add butter and melt it.
  10. Add red chilli flakes and grated garlic to it. Saute it.
  11. Add chopped potato and saute it for a minute.
  12. Then add chopped onion, carrot to it. Saute it for a minute.
  13. Then add capsicum and boiled sweet corns. Saute it for a minute.
  14. Add salt and black pepper powder to it. Mix well. Cook for a minute then switch off the gas. Keep aside.
  15. ASSEMBLING AND MAKING LASAGNA:- Take a pan, pour a spoonful of red sauce and spread it.
  16. Put one lasagna sheet over it.
  17. Spread a spoonful of red sauce then the white sauce over it.
  18. Put sauteed vegetables on it.
  19. Spread the grated mozzarella cheese over it.
  20. Put another sheet on it.
  21. Repeat the process to make 4 layers of Lasagna. Top it with veggies and cheese.
  22. Cover and cook it for 20 minutes on a low flame.
  23. Once done take out in a plate.
  24. Yummy 'Lasagna' is ready to be served.
