I tried fruit sandwiches for evening snacks today. They turned out very tasty and refreshing. Sharing the recipe with you all. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Brown bread - 4 slices
  • Amul fresh cream - 1 small pack
  • Sugar powder/ boora - 4 to 5 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped fruits - mango, grapes, apples (any fruit of your choice) - 1 bowl

Instructions

  1. Remove the sides of brown bread.
  2. In a bowl add cream, sugar powder and chopped fruits .
  3. On one bread slice, spread the mixture and put another slice over it.
  4. Cut it into four pieces.
  5. Delicious and quick 'Fruit Sandwich' is ready to be served!!
