Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Condensed milk - 1 tin
  • Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
  • Custard apple/sitafal pulp - 1 cup
  • Chopped dry nuts - 2 tablespoons (badam and pista)

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan on a medium flame till it gets thick.
  2. Make a smooth paste of milk powder in 2 tablespoons of water. Add this paste to the above hot milk and mix it well.
  3. Add condensed milk in the above hot milk and cook the milk for 30 minutes on a lower flame.
  4. Add chopped dry nuts and custard apple pulp to it. Mix well and turn off the gas.
  5. Yummy custard apple rabdi is ready to be served.
  6. NOTE - This rabdi can be served chilled or warm.
