Shahi Tukda With Rabdi – Royal Dessert

Ingredients

Breads - 4
Rabdi/ condensed milk - 2-3 tablespoons
Sugar/ cheeni - 2-3 tablespoons
Water/ pani - 1 teaspoon
Ghee - 2 tablepsoons
Chopped dry nuts as required for garnishing

Instructions

Mix water and sugar and make a single thread syrup by heating it on a medium flame for 5 minutes. Let it cool down for a while.
Toast the breads on tava by applying some ghee to it.
Dip toasted breads in sugar syrup so that it absorbs the syrup.
Place them on a serving plate and pour thick rabdi/ condensed milk over it.
Garnish the dessert with chopped dry nuts.
Royal and delicious 'Shahi Tukda With Rabdi' is ready to be served!
NOTE : RABDI - Mix cream - 1 cup, milk - 1/2 cup and sugar - 3-4 teaspoons together. Boil on medium flame till it gets thick and rich in texture. Overall recipe will take 20-25 minutes. Refrigerate it for 1-2 hours. Serve chilled.
