Chocolate Fudge is a yummy dessert for all.

Chocolate Fudge is a quick and easy dessert. It is made with dry nuts, cocoa powder and condensed milk. It tastes delicious and it gets ready in few minutes. It is very easy to prepare as well. Kids and all family members are going to love this very much. So, try it out.

Ingredients

  • Condensed Milk - 200 Gram
  • Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Cup
  • Crushed Nuts (Cashew nuts, Almonds, Walnuts) - 1/2 Cup
  • Butter - 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, sugar and crushed nuts to it. I have added cashew nuts and almonds, you can add walnuts also or any nuts of your choice.
  2. Cook the mixture for about 3 minutes at medium flame. Don't overcook the batter or else it will taste bitter.
  3. When the fudge leaves the sides of the pan, it's the sign that the fudge is perfectly cooked.
  4. When the fudge is cooked, take a greased tin or silicon mould and pour the fudge into it.
  5. Now keep the tin in the refrigerator for 1 and 1/2 hours or until it sets properly.
  6. After 1 and 1/2 hours take it out of the fridge, cut into square pieces.
  7. Delicious and quick 'Chocolate Fudge' is ready to be served.
