Chilli Cheese Toast with Garlic is a delicious and instant snack that can be made easily and served anytime to your family.

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices - 2
  • Cheese Slice - 2
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Green Chili - 1 small piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Seasoning ( Pizza Mix/Herbs) - As per taste
  • Butter - 20 gm

Instructions

  1. Finely chop garlic and green chilli pieces.
  2. Take olive oil in a pan. Heat it and add 1 teaspoon butter. Add garlic and chilli and fry until garlic is light brown.
  3. Place 2 slices of bread to roast on low flame. Meanwhile take a pan, add 1 tablespoon olive oil, 15 gm butter, cheese slices and milk.
  4. Prepare a dip until the cheese fully dissolves to a smooth consistency. Make sure that you keep stirring in between to avoid sticking at the bottom.
  5. Now flip the bread slices. Spread the chili garlic mix as per taste on the bread. Then spread the cheese dip completely on the bread slice.
  6. Garnish it with herbs/pizz mix seasoning. Let the bread slices roast until they are brown.
  7. Instant Cheese Chili Garlic Toast is ready to be served with hot ginger tea or any milkshake.
