Chana Dal Vada is a yummy deep-fried vada made with chana dal/bengal gram, toor dal/split pigeon peas, coconut, ginger, mint leaves, curry leaves, coriander leaves. It is an authentic South Indian tea time snack. It is very delicious, crunchy from outside and soft from inside. It is very easy to make too and can be made in just 10 minutes.
