Cauliflower Paratha

Ingredients

Wheat flour/ atta - 250 grams
Grated cauliflower/ gobhi - 1 big sized
Finely chopped onions/ pyaz - 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped garlic/ lehsun and ginger/ adarak - 1 tablespoon
Finely chopped green chilli/ hari mirch - 1 or 2
Hing/ asafoetida - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt/ namak as per taste
Red chilli/ mirch powder as per taste
Green coriander leaves/ dhaniya - 1 or 2 sprigs finely chopped
Oil or ghee for sauteing parathas
Water/ pani as required for preparing dough
Ajwain/ carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

Add all the ingredients in wheat flour and mix properly. Add water as required and make a smooth dough for parathas.
Divide the dough into equal portions. Meanwhile, heat the tava.
Roll out parathas in desired shapes.
When the tava is hot, place the paratha and cook on both the sides evenly by applying oil or ghee.
When cooked on both sides, gobhi paratha is done.
Yummy 'Cauliflower Parathas' are ready now. Serve them with butter, tea, pickle or curd.
