Ingredients

  • White bread slices - 7 to 8
  • Curd as needed
  • Chopped green coriander as needed
  • chopped green chilli - 1
  • Boiled potato - 1 cut into cubes
  • Chopped onion - 1 finely choppped
  • Chopped tomato - 1 finely choppped
  • Green chutney - 2 Tablespoon
  • Imli/Tamarind chutney - 2 Teaspoon
  • Nylon sev for garnishing
  • Boiled kabuli chane/Chickpeas - 1/2 bowl
  • Salt as per taste
  • Chaat masala - as per taste
  • Red chilli powder - as per taste
  • Cumin/Jeera Powder - as per taste

Instructions

  1. Roll the bread slices using rolling pin and cut in to round shape with the help of cutter/small bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a pan/Kadai. Deep fry all bread slices till it turns golden brown.
  3. Place fried bread in a plate. Pour curd/dahi on it.
  4. Add tomato, onion and potato on it. Add boiled chickpeas also.
  5. Sprinkle salt, blackpepper powder, red chilli powder, jeera/cumin powder, chaat masala on it as per your taste.
  6. Put green chilli, green chutney and imli /tamarind chutney on the top. Your Bread ki Chatpati Chaat is ready to be served. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
