Kadam Ke Phool Tikki – Delicious Snacks

There are many variations of tikkis or cutlets or patties that one must have had. Some being deep fried, some shallow fried or a few baked. Here is a unique innovative type of tikki that I learnt from a friend and made today for first time. It was very yummy and was liked by all family members. This is unique in the way that it is steam cooked and not fried at all. Thus it is healthy too. The name is given as Kadam Ke Phool as it looks like flowers.
