Ingredients

  • Lemons/ neembu - 1/2 kg
  • Achari masala - 100 gms
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 200 gms

Instructions

  1. Wash and wipe the lemons and cut them into desired shapes (large/small). Remove the seeds from them.
  2. Pour lemon juice of 4-5 lemons on these pieces of lemon.
  3. Add achari masala and sugar and mix well.
  4. Fill this pickle in an air tight jar and place it in the sun for next 5-7 days.
  5. Tasty home made sweet lemon pickle is ready to be served.
