Ingredients

  • Full Cream Milk: 1 liter
  • Sugar - 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Grated white chocolate - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak the sabudana for half hour in a cup of warm water till it swells up.
  2. Drain the excess water and keep aside after half hour
  3. Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
  4. Drop in the sabudana gently, lower the flame and cook the sabudana till they turn transparent in the centre. Keep stirring.
  5. When sabudana is cooked, switch off the gas and dd the sugar and the chocolate and stir in well.
  6. Chocolate will melt into the hot milky mixture turning it creamy.
  7. Serve hot or cool it down to room temperature and refrigerate it... And serve!
  8. Enjoy Sabudana Kheer with white chocolate with your family!
