Ingredients

  • Wet Moong pulse-1 bowl
  • Mawa - 100g
  • Milk -1 bowl
  • Cardomom powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed sugar - 1 big bowl
  • Ghee -1 bowl

Instructions

  1. Grind Wet moong pulse.
  2. Put a kadhai on gas, add ghee and heat it, Fry moong pulse till golden then keep it a side in other pot.
  3. Put kadhai on gas. Add mawa and sauté with milk and add sugar in it and sauté till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Mix fried moong pulse with mawa in kadhai and rest of sugar and half tsp cardomom powder. Now flatten it out on a greased flat plate and cut it in different shapes.
  5. The famous dilli ki dodha sweet is ready to be served! Enjoy...
