Ingredients

  • Paneer slices - 8 (round shape) + 2 tablespoon grated
  • Potatoes - 2 boiled and mashed
  • Spices - salt , black pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin/ jeera powder - 1/2 teaspoon each or per taste
  • Singhara atta/ vrat ka atta flour - 2 teaspoon to make a thin paste with water
  • Samak rice - 2 teaspoon
  • Oil as required for fry
  • Coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon chopped

Instructions

  1. Make stuffing using potatoes, grated paneer, coriander leaves, spices and mix all well. Stuffing is ready.
  2. Make 4 flat balls with stuffing same size of paneer slices .
  3. Put a stuffing flat ball in between two round paneer slices.
  4. Dip these stuffed coins into singhara paste and cover with samak rice.
  5. Fry them into hot oil on medium flame.
  6. "Paneer Gold Coins" are ready to be served. Serve with vrat ki chutney.
