- Since this made with refined flour, better to add carom seeds. Carom seeds help in digestion and give a nice flavour to the dish.
- Fry it on a low flame to get crispy nimki.
- Knead a stiff dough to make this snack.
- You can store it in an airtight container for up to a month.
