At least 3 to 4 hours soak rice flour and urad flour seperately. Mix 1/2 bowl rice flour, 1 bowl urad flour together. Now add cumin seeds, little turmeric powder ,salt ,water and curd. Make thick better and keep it a side.
In 1/ 2 bowl Rice flour, put little salt and curd, grease the idli stand and put batter in it. Put stand on stove and place the idli stand inside. Boil till 10 minutes in medium flame. Idli is ready.
In 1 bowl of urad flour mix cloves, cumin seeds, salt and turmeric powder. Now add little water and make thick batter. Now use vada maker or your hands and from this batter, drop vadas in the oil carefully and deep fry both the sides/. Vada is ready.
Put dosa pan on stove and grease with oil Put batter and spread batter with bowl in circular motion to make it big and bake it. Dosa is ready for serve with idli and vada.
For sambhar, boil all vegetables and tur dal. Mash them after boiling and now saute chopped onion and tomato in oil in a pan and then mix this mashed puree in it. For tadka, take a small pan, add ghee . When it is hot, add red chili, mustard seeds, asafoetida and cumin seeds. Add this tadka in sambhar and garnish Withchopped green coriander. Sambhar is ready .
