Khatti Meethi DANAMETHI ki sabzi is very popular sabzi in Rajasthan and its good for digestion and diabetic people.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dana Methi
  • Spices - Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida,Turmeric, Dhaniya Powder, Salt, Red chili powder ,Garam masala, Dry mango powder (1sp )
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Raisins and Dry Dates- 1 tbsp each

Instructions

  1. Soak dana methi in warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain water and boil in another water in a pan.
  3. Heat oil in pan . Add the spices mentioned above with a little water.
  4. Add boiled dana methi and cook for a minute.
  5. Add sugar, raisins and dry dates and mix well.
  6. Serve hot with chapati!
