Kachori ke naam sunte hi accha sa lagne lagta hai….aur agar kachori roti ke bane ho toh???

I had last nights few leftover rotis and was wondering what to do with it..So for morning’s breakfast I tried this Potato stuffed Aloo Khasta Kachori! Believe me my family was so surprised and happy .

Ingredients

  • Leftover Rotis : 4
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes- 1 cup
  • Chopped onions-1/2 cup
  • Chopped Green chili and ginger-2 teaspoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves : 2 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds-2 tablespoon
  • Spices- Red chili powder, chaat masala, mango powder and garam masala as per your taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Dip and soak the rotis in 2 glasses of water for 5 minutes. When it becomes soft squeeze and take water out of it.
  2. Take the mashed potatoes and add all the spices , onions, green chillies , ginger and corriander leaves
  3. Now take the soaked rotis and make round balls then press and flatten it so that the potato masalas can be filled .
  4. Put the potato masala at the centre and seal/close it and give the shape of Kachori
  5. Coat the kachori with sesame seeds. Deep fry the Kachoris on medium flame or if you have air fryer, you can use that.
  6. Yummy Leftover Roti ki Khasta Kachori is ready to serve. Enjoy with green chutney, sauce or curd as you like.
