Jhatpat Rose Sandesh with Rose Kheer
Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS FOR JHATPAT ROSE SANDESH
- Rose essence - 5 drops
- Chopped rose petals - 2 tablespoon
- Grated paneer - 250 gms
- Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Dry fruits - 2 tablespoon
- INGREDIENTS FOR KHEER
- Full cream milk - 1/2 litre
- Cornflour - 2 tablespoon
- Rose essence - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped rose petals - 1 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- Chopped Dry fruits - 2 tablespoon
- Cold milk - 1 Cup
Instructions
- METHOD FOR JHATPAT ROSE SANDESH:
- Take all ingredients and mix it nicely and give the shape like peda.
- METHOD FOR ROSE KHEER :
- Boil the milk. Take 1 cup cold milk and dissolve cornflour in it.
- In boiled milk add powdered sugar, rose essence, rose petals and mix it well. Add cornflour mix and stir it.
- Once milk thickens, add chopped dry fruits and turn off the flame.
- Garnish with dry fruits and put in the fridge for cooling.
- Enjoy delicious Jhatpat Rose Sandesh with Rose Kheer.
