Mix Vegetable Pakoras(With Paneer)

Ingredients

Gram Flour/Besan - 1 Cup
Red Chili Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tbsp
Amchoor/Mango Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Sauf/Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Pinch of Hing/Asafoetida
Pinch of Baking Soda
Chopped Onion - 1
Chopped Potato - 1
Chopped Paneer Pieces (square shaped) - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Cauliflower & Brinjal - 1/2 Cup each
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Chopped Green Chilies - 2
Salt to taste
Oil for frying Pakoras
Water for preparing mixture of Pakoras - 3/4th Cup

Instructions

Combine Gram Flour/Besan and all Dry Ingredients ( Ajwain, Sauf, Hing, Baking Soda, Salt, Amchoor, Turmeric Powder and Chili Powder )
Combine Chopped Paneer and Chopped Vegetables ( Cauliflower, Potato, Onion, Green Chilies and Coriander Leaves)
Mix the above 2 Mixtures together by adding water to it.
Check the consistency of the Batter. It should be thick enough to make Pakoras.
Now Heat Oil in a pan. Oil should be enough for frying Pakoras.
Pour 1 drop of the Batter into the Oil. If the Batter drop comes up, then the Oil is ready to fry Pakoras.
Deep fry all the Pakoras from both sides and drain excess Oil from it.
Mix Vegetables Pakoras are ready now. This can be served with Green Chutneys or Tomato Ketchup.
