Chocolate stuffed Gulab Jamun is a treat for people who love sweets and chocolates….Its a delicious combination and when served cold, it is one of the most amazing sweet dish I have tasted!

Ingredients

  • 250 gms paneer homemade
  • Chocolate balls 2 pkts
  • 10-12 pieces cashew nuts
  • 2 bowl sugar
  • 1/2 tea spoon cardamom powder
  • 1/2 bowl semolina
  • Ghee
  • 1/2 tea spoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Firstly take thick bottom vessel and 1 bowl water +sugar + cardamom powder+ bay leaves and on low flame make sugar syrup(ek taar ki chasni).
  2. Now in big plate take paneer and rub the paneer with your palm for about 10 min, then add semolina and mix it properly. Grind the cashew nuts and also add it in paneer mix. Add nutmeg powder and evenly mix all.
  3. Then make a ping pong balls from that mixture and stuffed chocolate balls in it. You make all pong balls like this
  4. In a wok add ghee, heat it and on slow flames deep fry all balls and keep aside.
  5. Then you put all balls in sugar syrup for 15 min, your Gulab Jamun is ready. You can put Gulab Jamun in Fridge for cooling or you can serve it hot, as desired as your taste... garnish Gulab Jamun with cashew nuts and chocolate balls...💓
