- First of all, to make the fries crispy, the potato should be cut into long pieces. Wash them 2 to 3 times and then transferred them to chilled water.
- The half-cooked french fries can be stored in small packets in the freezer for one month.
- Double frying makes the Fingers crispy.
- Add salt to the fingers just before frying
