Today just for this purpose, I made this healthy eggless and butterfree Mango Semolina cake to be enjoyed by your family!

Ingredients

  • Semolina (Sooji):1cup
  • All purpose flour or whole wheat flour: 1/2cup
  • Sugar: 3/4cup
  • Mango Pulp: 1cup
  • Milk: 1/2cup
  • Saffron leaves: 8-10
  • Olive Oil: 4 tbsp
  • Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder: 3/4 tsp
  • Pinch of salt
  • Chopped dry nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Sieve the suji and all purpose flour or whole wheat flour and mix all the ingredients.
  2. Add milk, saffron leaves and mango pulp in the mixed ingredients for 8-10 minutes so that the batter becomes fluffy.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Take the baking pan and grease it with oil. Now pour the batter in it and sprinkle chopped dry nuts.Now immediately put it in the preheated oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes. Take it out.
  5. Yummy butter free eggless Mango Semolina cake is ready to serve. Enjoy with family and friends.
