Ingredients

  • Lauki/ bottlegourd - 1
  • Grated paneer - 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar/ cheeni - 2 tablespoons
  • Condensed milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Cardamom/ elaichi powder - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Cut lauki in rings and boil it. (Do not overboil)
  2. Then take a non stick pan and add sugar to it. When sugar is dissolved, add lauki one by one and saute both sides. Then take it out.
  3. Now take paneer and rub with your palm and give soft texture.
  4. Then add condensed milk and cardamom powder to the paneer and mix it nicely.
  5. Add paneer mix in lauki rings.
  6. Delicious and quick sweet 'Caramelized Lauki Sandesh' is ready to be served. Garnish with dry fruits!
