Bhindi Tawa Fry is a stuffed ladies finger cooked on tawa/pan. The bhindi is stuffed with cottage cheese, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and some spices then cooked in Mustard oil. Mustard oil gives a nice flavour to the bhindi. It is a quick and easy dish to be made. It takes only 5 to 7 minutes to cook. So, try it out.
