Besan Ki Chakki is a mouthwatering sweet. The gram flour muthiya or balls fried in the ghee then mixed with sugar syrup to make this tasty sweet. This is a traditional sweet recipe of Madhya Pradesh. This sweet is made of pure ghee without any adulteration. This cardamom flavoured sweet is melt in the mouth and soft. All family members will love this very much. Festivals are incomplete without sweets. So, try this recipe at home and enjoy with your loved ones.

Tips and Suggestions:-
- Make a stiff dough to make a perfect Besan Ki Chakki.
- You can store this sweet in an airtight container for up to 8 days.
- You can add saffron or turmeric powder to get a yellow colour.
- As per climatic conditions, if it’s colder weather, you should make double string consistency or ‘do taar chashni’ and the chashni should be cooled down before mixing with besan mixture. After spreading in the plate, let it set down for 3-4 hours!
