Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- For the spice mix: Take a grinder jar, add 3 tablespoons of coriander seeds, 2 tablespoons of jeera, 1 tablespoon of black peppercorns. Grind it coarsely. Add this masala in the stuffing.
- You can use ghee or oil or butter to make the paratha.
- Serve this yummy paratha with butter and curd.
