Mini Raj Kachori with Sprouts
Ingredients
- Gram flour- 1/2 bowl
- Rawa- 1/2 bowl
- Rice flour- 1/2 bowl
- Refined flour- 1/2 bowl
- Ghee
- Onion -2 chopped
- Tomatoes- 2 chopped
- Sev -1/2 bowl
- Lemon 1
- Chat mashala
- Curd- 1/2 kg
- Boiled potato crushed
- Sprouts- 2 bowl
Instructions
- Make a soft dough with gram, rawa, rice and refined flour. Mix salt and ghee and then put little water to make dough.
- Make little puris with this and fry it till golden.
- Sprouts: Boil Black chana oe chickpeas, moong pulse, lobhiya, white beans and keep it aside
- Break puri from up side and fill with boiled sprouts, onion, tomato and potato. Sprinkle chaat masala in it with zero sev. When you are about to serve, add curd and chutney to it.
