Ingredients

  • Long and Large Sized Potatoes: 2 pieces
  • Grated Cheese : 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Spices ( as per taste): Salt, Black Pepper, Chaat Masala

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and half boil the potatoes in pressure cooker ( Take one whistle in pressure cooker and take away all the steam from the cooker immediately).
  2. Now take the potato and slice the potatoes ( half inch depth). Make sure you don’t cut them fully or touch the bottom of the potato.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top of the sliced potatoes. Now with a knife, ensure that cheese is spread out inside the potatoes also.
  4. Now sprinkle all the spices mentioned above except chaat masala.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake the cheese potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat masala.
