Vegetable upma is easy to make recipe, very popular in the southern part of India. This is a traditional Karnataka recipe , brought to you straight from the books of a mom’s home cooked recips. This Upma is essentially made of suji(semolina) cooked with mustard seed, curry leaves, and green chilli tempering and vegetables (carrot and beans). These flavorful and colorful ingredients transform the upma into an exciting delight. Vegetable Upma does not require much pre-preparation.
