Vegetable Appe – Healthy Breakfast
Ingredients
- Semolina/ rava - 1 bowl
- Curd - 1/2 bowl
- Eno - 1 pouch
- Salt - 1/2 tablespoon
- Garam masala - 1/2 tablespoon
- Ciba chaat masala - 1/2 tablespoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tablespoon
- Onion chopped - 1
- Potato chopped - 1
- Green chili chopped - 1
- Carrot chopped - 1
- Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Oil - For Greasing the appe pan
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add rava, curd, salt and mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Mix all vegetables and spices and set aside.
- Put Appe pan on gas and grease it with few drops of oil.
- Put few mustard seeds in every portion of the pan.
- Add Eno to the batter and mix well. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter to each tray and cook it from both sides on medium flame.
- Transfer the dish to a serving plate now.
- Delicious "Vegetable Appe" is ready to be served with chutney.
