Ingredients

  • Bread slice - 6 to 7
  • Pizza sauce - 1 Tablespoon
  • Grated cheese - 1/2 Cup
  • Chilli flakes - 1 Teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 Teaspoon
  • Chopped vegetables (capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans) - 1 Cup
  • Oil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil - for frying
  • Chopped garlic - 1 Teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the sides of bread slices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Put garlic and saute. Add pizza sauce to it. Mix it well.
  3. Add chilli flakes and oregano. Mix well.
  4. Then add chopped veggies to it. Cook it for some time.
  5. Then switch off the flame and transfer the mixture to a bowl. Let it cool.
  6. Add cheese to the mixture and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  7. Roll the bread slices with the help of rolling pin.
  8. Add a teaspoon of the stuffing and roll the slice. You can use water if required to seal it.
  9. Seal the sides with the help of a fork. Make all pizza pocket as above.
  10. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan.
  11. Deep fry the pizza pocket o a medium flame until golden brown.
  12. Delicious 'Veg Pizza Pocket' is ready to be served. Serve it with ketchup.
