Ingredients

  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • All purpose flour/ maida - 1 and 1/2 Cups
  • Sugar/ cheeni - 1 Cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt/ namak - a pinch
  • Baking soda - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Milk/ doodh - 1 Cup
  • Tutti Frutti - 2 Tablespoon
  • Oil/ tel - 5 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Sieve dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix dry ingredient with milk and beat it for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now batter is ready. Grease a rectangle mould with oil and then pour the batter.
  3. Place it in a preheated (180 degrees C) oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Cool it on a wire rack for 10 minutes and then transfer it to a plate.
  5. Delicious 'Tutti Frutti Cake' is ready to be served!
