I am sure you all must be busy in doing preparations for Deepavali. My mom used to make several dry snacks for this festival. Today I have made “Namekeen Khurma” from maida and atta flour, which is a popular and easy snack for all festivals. I added some wheat flour to maida while making these khurmas, as I wanted a healthier snack. Although these can be prepared out of whole maida only. So, let’s try out these all time favorite recipe for festive season !!!
