Swirly Paneer rolls is a yummy snack that I specially made for my kids. Its very tasty and different and  I am sure your kids also would love it. Do try this recipe and let me know how was it?

Ingredients

  • Maida :250 gms
  • Poppy seeds : 2 teaspoon
  • Paneer : 150 gms
  • kalunji( Black cumin seeds) and ajwain : 1 teaspoon
  • Milk : 2 cups
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly take big bowl and add every ingredient mentioned except for milk and oil. Then add milk and make a soft dough. Cover with muslin clothe and set aside.
  2. Take paneer and cut into long cubes and sprinkle little salt.
  3. Then with the help of rolling pin and rolling board flatten the dough (Just like chapathi) and cut into long stripes.( Horizontally/ vertically)
  4. Then wrap each paneer cube with the cut dough stripes( Just like you wrap a string around something) so that the panner piece is fully covered.
  5. Do it for all the paneer rolls/ cubes.
  6. Then deep fry each of them .They must be handled lightly as they are very delicate and tend to break
  7. The swirly panner rolls are ready !! Enjoy it with a cup of hot tea !
