Ingredients

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet potatoes (peeled and sliced into long slices) - 1/4 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes in olive oil
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on the greased baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until sweet potatoes turn golden brown.
  6. Serve sweet potato fries with ketchup/mayonnaise/cheese.
