Ingredients

  • Whole wheat flour : 1/2 bowl
  • Gram flour : 2 tablespoon
  • Corn flour : 2 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar : 1/2 cup
  • Sweet corn : 1 bowl
  • Pure ghee : 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil the sweet corn and grind it in a mixture by adding some water to make a paste. Keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl add whole wheat flour, gram flour, corn flour and powdered sugar. Mix it and then add the sweet corn paste. The batter is now ready.
  3. Heat a pan, brush some pure ghee onto it and pour a ladle full of batter and make small sized pancakes on medium flame.
  4. Once one side is cooked, flip it over to the cook the other side .
  5. Take it into a serving plate.
  6. Yummy and healthy sweet corn pancakes are ready !
